Dave Johnson, founder of SGI and Executive Search International (ESI), Inc., has over 25 years of business management experience. He founded his premier executive search firm over a decade ago after recognizing the growing need for a search firm based on a foundation of integrity and long-term mutually beneficial relationships. Dave personally specializes in senior level executive search, new venture development and private funding assistance. As a consultant in the executive search industry, Dave confers to leaders in the Telecom and related IT industries, keeping current with the hottest technologies, executive career trends and entrepreneurial opportunities.
Prior to founding SGI, Dave held regional operating responsibility and was a Senior Management Consultant with highly regarded executive search firms including Management Recruiters International, Robert Half International (Accountemps & OfficeTeam), and Westaff. Dave also spent ten years in multi-unit retail management with a specialty retail division of May Department Stores Company.
Dave also co-founded and is general managing partner of "C-Level Entrepreneurial Partners, after recognizing the need to serve industry with a new breed of consultancy. Dave led the effort to recruit some of the most respected C-Level executives in industry. C-Level Partners represent subject matter experts (SME) in all phases of business from start-up to mature organizations.
